Small group ice fishing experience in Levi
Peaceful and serene and still exciting experience
Ice fishing is a unique winter activity that combines the relaxing feeling of being out on a frozen lake with the excitement of catching fish.
Our ice fishing trips keep things small and personal, with a max of 7 people per group. Much of the experience is about the chill and quiet, almost isolated feeling on the ice – Something you simply won’t find in the larger groups of 20 offered by other companies.
Experience a truly local activity
Ice fishing is a simple and traditional activity—drill a hole, drop in a line with some live bait, and wait for a bite. It is a common thing to do in Lapland by the locals. It’s a fun way to spend time with friends and family.
Hiking in Levi
For local people in Lapland, hiking up a hill is the classic day trip. We pack some food in a backpack, go hiking for a few hours, have a lunch break, and enjoy the views from the top.
On our day hikes, we usually go to Pallas or Särkitunturi. Pallas is located inside Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park, and Särkitunturi is right next to it. They are among the most beautiful and easily accessible hiking spots near Levi.
The hiking is relatively easy — the elevation gain is around 250–400 meters, and the total distance is 6–10 km.
